The Infusion Lab is a big part of MLG. This is where menu creation starts and the lab is led by our very own Infusion Chef who produces over 50 different unique infused spirits, syrups and liqueurs. Ranging from simple ideas like our Chili Gin to the slightly unique Marmite Vodka or Nutella Brandy, our chef works with our GM’s and Bar Supervisors to create an ever expanding repertoire of cocktails. All of our cocktails incorporate our infusions so a cocktail from one of our sites simply won’t be available anywhere else.
MLG is currently negotiating a distribution deal for “Barsmith” off sale products which will soon be available for retail both within the UK and abroad.
